Trover saves the universe is an action platformer that is developed by Swuanch Games and has an extremely similar tone to the hit cartoon ‘Rick and Morty’. With one of the main characters Trover voiced by Justin Roiland, you can save the universe while undertaking crazy adventures, multidimensional shenanigans, and interactive hilarious innuendos. Unique in it’s mechanics, this game has your character controlling Trover in a 1st person and 3rd person hybrid gameplay. This comedy game is certainly one to remember.

Resident Evil 4 VR is a remake, however unlike other remakes, the devs really put the time in to make this game something special. It won Best VR/AR Game at the Game awards in 2021 and was a finalist for VR Game of the Year at the 2022 SXSW Gaming Awards. The story is the same but the way you interact with it is so different as you take on the role of Leon in first person, saving the president’s daughter from a mysterious cult in a world of monsters. Beat Saber is a classic that just never gets old. For any rhythm game fans out there this game will reel you in, in no time. Although it was released mid 2019 it continues to put out multi-genre music packs and not only that but new game mechanics were recently released along with the new packs. There are numerous ways to enjoy this game. You can play through the story mode where you have specific challenges to work through or you can play with friends on online multiplayer mode where you can play with strangers or a private room for you and your friends! There is no shortage of a good time here, whether you enjoy electronic music or classic pop songs Beat Saber has you covered.

The Under Presents is an indie multiplayer adventure game released in 2019 that allows the player to bend time and space. This game is filled with silly skits, fun interactive environments and a mystery that propels the game forward.
There are worlds within worlds much like the studio’s previous work such as ‘Virtual Virtual Reality’ and a rich storytelling element. Without a doubt The Under Presents is a beautiful gaming experience and without giving too much away it is certainly a game you must experience for yourself to feel the full immersion of the mystery.
The Walking Dead Saints and Sinners

The Walking Dead is obviously a hugely popular franchise and this game is no exception. This game is unique from its counterparts in that it employs spacial audio to draw the attention of the undead, meaning knocking things over and shooting your gun can attract enemies. This horror survival game has you crafting and negotiating for important resources.
If you’ve just acquired the Oculus Quest 2, I would highly recommend all of these games as a great place to start. Have fun in VR!
