Make sure you get our emails

Keep Vast emails out of Spam and Promotions, so you never miss a code or a reset link.

Make sure our log-in codes and password links reach your inbox.

Gmail

1. Open the Promotions tab and find an email from Vast.
2. Drag it to the Primary tab.
3. When Gmail asks whether to do this for future messages, choose Yes.
4. Star the email, and add the email address our emails come from to your contacts.
5. If a Vast email is in Spam, open it and choose Report not spam.

Outlook and Hotmail

1. If a Vast email is in Junk, open it and choose Not junk.
2. Add the email address our emails come from to your Safe senders list in Outlook's settings.

Apple Mail and iCloud

1. If a Vast email is in Junk, move it to your inbox.
2. Open the email, select the sender's name, and add it to VIPs or Contacts.

Yahoo

1. If a Vast email is in Spam, open it and choose Not spam.
2. Add the email address our emails come from to your contacts.

More ways to keep our emails coming

• Whatever email app you use, add the email address our emails come from to your contacts.
• Make a filter so our emails never go to Spam. In Gmail, open the search options, enter the email address our emails come from in From, choose Create filter, then tick Never send it to Spam.
• Using a work or school email? Ask your IT team to allow the email address our emails come from. Their filters can block emails before they reach you.

We only email you sign-up and log-in codes, password reset links and email-change links. There's nothing to turn off.
