Help

Guides for entering giveaways, earning credits, getting our emails and hosting on Vast.

• Log in and sign up: Create a Vast account with your email, or continue with Discord, Twitch, X or Facebook.
• How entering works: Do a giveaway's actions to earn entries. Every action you finish adds to your total.
• Connect your Telegram: Link your Telegram account so you can do Telegram actions, and so hosts can check that you joined.
• How winners are picked: Winners are drawn at random from everyone who entered. Actions worth more entries improve your odds.
• Official rules and claiming a prize: Where to find a giveaway's official rules, and what to do if you win.
• Credits, daily check-in and quests: Earn free credits by checking in every day and doing quests, then spend them in the Shop.
• Make sure you get our emails: Keep Vast emails out of Spam and Promotions, so you never miss a code or a reset link.
• Create your first giveaway: Go through the giveaway builder step by step, preview your giveaway, then publish it.
• Verify Telegram joins with your own bot: Use a Telegram bot you own to check that people really joined your channel or group.
• Plans and billing: Compare hosting plans, subscribe or change your plan, and manage billing.
• Embed a giveaway on your site: Copy a giveaway's widget link to show it on your own website.
• Connect your accounts: Link accounts like Twitch, Steam, YouTube and Telegram so giveaways can check the actions you do.
• Your settings: Change your username, email or password, edit your profile, manage your plan, or delete your account.
